Battery life of xperia zr?

I recently purchased a xperia zr and the battery life while the phone is idle is bad.
When I charge it to 100% and go to bed at 9 and wake up 5 in the morning the percentage shows only 73%.
Is it normal for a quad core phone or should I consider this?
* stamina mode is on
* Mobile data, Bluetooth, Wi-Fi, hotspot, nfs... is off

I tried pc companion and xperia diagnostics.
Both gave me positive(no probs) results...
So is there any problem with my phone or is ZR made that way??

No I didn't, but I don't have any apps installed presently...

Ok I went to Sony center and reinstalled the os.
After reinstalling, for the first few hours it's wad Good, and then again the problem appeared...

Problem may perhaps be that the phone needs to switch between different networks at your location. Try using the phone in GSM only, WCDMA only and WCDMA/GSM for a while and see if that makes a difference. You can select network mode under Settings -> More -> Mobile networks -> Network mode.

If that doesn't help, could you try your phone with another SIM?

My friend (using ZL) had the same problem and he said that the 'news and weather' widget was causing the drain...
So I tried the same and I think it's working cause today morning I left to school with 89% (7:00AM) and now (1:30pm) the battery is 87%.
And in the battery use -> graph, under Mobile network its sometimes green, sometimes yellow and sometimes it's like very light Brown... so what is it trying to tell??
