Battery life of xperia zr?

I recently purchased a xperia zr and the battery life while the phone is idle is bad.
When I charge it to 100% and go to bed at 9 and wake up 5 in the morning the percentage shows only 73%.
Is it normal for a quad core phone or should I consider this?
* stamina mode is on
* Mobile data, Bluetooth, Wi-Fi, hotspot, nfs... is off

Clearly there's an app or apps acting up, that keep your phone awake, repair your phone with SUS or PCC 

also stay away from taskillers, task managers, antivirus, battery apps, ram apps booster apps

There's no antivirus or task killers installed in my phone. I'm using the official Sony Rom and the default home launcher also.
When I see the battery use, the phone was not awake most of the time and one think I noticed its that if I turn fight mode on, the life its quite better...

airplane mode will turn off all radios, could you post screenshots of the graph and the battery list, also tap on the top 3 items on the list and post them here

Your phone surely has a higher battery usage than normal. Sometimes this happens to mine as well, when some process in the phone just keeps it busy. I can detect when it has gone wild, as scrolling in the (Chrome) browser has lost the floating feeling when scrolling up or down a page.

Simple solution has been to restart the phone.

But it might be worth a little more analysis to track down the cause, as uliwooly guided you to.

I can't upload to box as its telling that my firewall is blocking it... Actually I don't have a firewall installed.
Anyways when I open the graph, in flight mode, the battery use is almost like a straight line but with flight mode off the graph line goes like 40-45 degrees constantly (sorry for my bad English). Also to note is that my phone was not awake most of the time.

you can upload it anywhere as long as you make the link public, if you turn off airplane mode, that tells you that either an app or apps are using your data plan quite a bit and/or you have really poor network coverage  or both

At night I usually turn off the Mobile network and the network coverage is full five bars...
