bluetooth problem

I am facing a problem with my bluetooth.
My notebook specs saying i have bluetooth but it does not appear on my vio smart network.
any help?

I assume you've set it up and enabled it in the control panel?
When enabled it should be visible in the task bar.

Hi eleanacfu and welcome to the forum.

It would be helpful to know which Vaio model you have. Once we have this information I am sure that another member of the forum will be able to provide detailed guidance.

In the meantime double click the LAN icon in the system tray (usually a green square) and select 'Enable Blue Tooth Device'. Does it then appear on the network?
