Which DVD's do i use?

Hi All,
Have got a new Sony Vaio NS10L, and want to make backup discs asap. Only trouble is, i do not know what sort of DVd's to use, DVD-R or DVD+R.
Anybody know for sure which ones?

Use good quality DVD+R pref with their own jewel cases.

You shouldn't have to burn your own so have a look here

welcome to Club VAIO..

Try using DVD+R discs, Verbatim, TDK and Sony seem to work ok..
