HI! I have a Xperia Z5 Premium, with the region in Spain. I found that my device gets a new software update, Android 7.0, but when I tried to update, the device said "Your device is up-to-date". I tried to update with Xperia Companion, but it said "Cannot check for updates".
Any ideas how I can update my phone without flashing it, please?

Yes I have unlocked the bootloader, and i have twrp installer as recovery. But i just found I can repair system with Xperia Companion and will be installed lastest version (android 7.0). Anyway, if I will lose twrp recovery because I can install it again.
Also, thanks for the all help!
Hi @AlexTM;
First of all I would check if the phone is really up to date or with an available update. Please check your build number and phone model under settings >system about phone, and your costumization firmware under service menu>information (dial *#*#7378423#*#*).
Also what do you get when you insert your IMEI in the Support page update area.
Here you are:
1299-1506-R4B
And, I forget to say, i already checked on sonymobile.com if an update is available by entering the IMEI, and also I checked on xpericheck.com if the update is available in Spain. I am living in Romania, but, how i say in the description of the discussion, I purchased the phone in Spain.
That's odd because you should have the latest build number firmware that is 32.4.A.1.54. Wich one do you have?
Do you have by any chance rooted the device unlocking the bootloader?
Ok @AlexTM, that explains it, unlocking the bootloader makes you loose your DRM security keys and access to the regular updates.
