Unidentified icon on status bar

Hi,

What is this icon on lock screen status bar?

It shows up only on lock screen. When I unlock screen it disappears.

Do you have by any chance a Dual SIM model? That icon means that the SIM slot is empty.

Hi,

I have the E5823-model. Actually I'm not sure if it supports dual SIM, but in any case I have a sd-card in the other slot. Also that icon appeared only recently. It appeared during the last few weeks.

In that case that's weird because it is the Z5 Compact and there is no Dual SIM version for that model, try power off the device, remove the SIM card, power it on without the SIM card and see if it only appears one symbol like that, then power off the device again, insert the SIM card, power on the device and see if the symbol is gone. If that doesn't work try restarting the phone in safe mode. Safe Mode

Booting to safemode seemed to fix the problem.

@Katzhuu, if restarting the device in safe mode solved the issue than it was probably a third party app that caused it, if it appears again you have to find out wich one. Start by uninstaling the ones that you instaled next to the time when the symbol appeard.
