Not the whole world gets the software in the same week/month. So you'll have to wait a little.

Keep checking for update using SUS

SUS ( Sony Update Service) ... download and install it on pc and follow the on-screen instructions

Try uninstall, check If theres a new version of the framework file and then reinstall a fresh version of the xperiaupdatechecker.

Xperia update checker have not any installation package ony have exe file,than what to install with framework

Check Microsoft webpage, theres an update to the netframework 4.5, the old 4.5 hade some issues.
