Sony Xperia Z1 - not well heard of interlocutors

I am not well heard of interlocutors.
The same problem is present no matter how many speakers have spoken and their phone indifferent brand. 

I am well heard when I use my headphones or use my phone on loudspeaker.

I hear well all of my interlocutors.

What should I do?

Try and disable slow talk(in call options it should be).

I did it, all clear now and checked, the problem was ``Microphone noise suppression``. Disable and now I am heard perfect.

Settings-apps-all,look for smart connect.Tap on it,clear data and restart the phone.
