STAMINA MODE(here we go again) -final clear up?

Is it ok to use Stamina mode all the time for Xperia Z?

I use it all the time on ZR. However I have whitelisted some apps like Gmail or.Hangouts or whatsapp as active so they run in stamina mode too.

It won't damage your phone and/or battery if that's what you are asking

Yes,stamina mode can be enabled from 100% battery,but it will limit some of the phone's features.
