No Experia deivce connected.

Hello everyone,

Just got back from the tmobile store. Got a Z1s. First off, what a beautiful phone. Smooth as can be. I only have one issue, and it has to do with Bridge. I would like to transfer my music from my computer to my phone but it says that I have no device connected. I tried resetting my phone, uninstalling  and reinstalling the program and nothing seems to work. I am running Apple OSX 10.9.1. Any tips? Thanks for reading.

Glad to hear that you like your Xperia Z1s Slightly_smiling_Face

First try letting the phone stay connected for a few minutes. It might take a while to get a connection the first time.

If that doesn't help, try restarting the phone, computer and try another USB-port. I recommend that you don't use any USB-hub.

If you still don't get any connection with Bridge for Mac, could you try if it works with this software?

Worked! Thanks so much! Slightly_smiling_Face

I might as well delete bridge now, the other application worked perfectly.
