my Xperia Z1 has not screenshot option

When I pushed the power button there is no screenshot option. And the other choice is not utilize (power button + volume down). I don't know why? Is that a fault of Sony fabric (produce)?

power button + volume down (for 2 sec) Don`t work on my phone... Can see that other have the same problem here.  My solution was power button + volume down for 0.2 -0.5 sec and let go of both buttons. ( Found this solution by accident )

You should keep them at the same time for 2-3 seconds.But if you say that way it works for you,fine.

After I updated my Xperia Z Software few weeks ago, I noticed that the Screenshot option when pressing the Power button no longer appears.. What is the purpose of removing that option?

I thought updates are meant to make things more efficient, not the other way around.

Looking forward to a decent reply.
