Dear All,
Android 4.3 official release arrived lately in our country (Pakistan) so I flashed my Xperia Z for android 4.3.
Problem is that the custom ROM (which is installed) from XDA Developers developed by Doom LoRD has started malfunctioning. Its consuming too much battery, programs started not responding whereas it also didn't notified for firmware upgrade from 569 to 101 (I found this on xperia blog that new firmware has been released).
Now I wish to install the Official Xperia Z Firmware which is released by SONY itself. I also tried to repair xperia z from PC companion and SUS but it didn't detected my device because i had flashed my device with custom ROM.
Can anyone tell me than from where can I get the original official Xperia Z firmware or any other firmware which can run smoothly without causing any issue or disturbance.
M worried about it and don't know what to do now. Need help

which ROM should i download and Install from the xperia blog website Thommo?
Which Z do you have, the 6603 or 6602 and also which version do you want to roll back to - Normally members go for Global generic and if you don't like it then download and test others
Description for ROM given at xperia blog net:
TOCK ROM][FTF] Xperia Z (C6603) 10.4.1.B.0.101 Generic UA (Unbranded Ukraine) 4.3
xperia z latest update 4.3 now here
Will it work in our country/region i.e. Pakistan as its showing UNBRANDED UKRAINE??
Its Xperia Z C6603 and i want to install the SONY official 4.3 Firmware (.101 comes in the end in latest firmware).
If there is any chance to obtain official SONY ROM and to install it?
If not, then please provide such ROM which does not bother or create any issue. I dont have any knowledge on difference between global generic or specified..
Hello
If you're on a custom rom with a recovery that can install other roms then follow this
http://forum.xda-developers.com/xperia-z/development/stock-update-to-10-4-1-b-0-101-t2643898
You will have a rooted phone as well. The rom given in the link is completely stock and can be flashed on to any Xperia Z. it's just rooted.
Almost all roms are the same except for possible country restrictions like the Play store and it may also come with some country specific apps which can be uninstalled - As long as you install the right rom for example if you install the wrong version of rom then 4G LTE may not work
Nabeel, The process given in the link is very difficult for me to understand.
If possible then please write down all the steps for flashing ROM.
PReviously i used Sony Flashtool where you kept the ftf file in the firmware folder, then select the flashmode from flash icon. then you choose to wipe up data cache, app logs, then reboot your phone and then pluggin again while holding down volume button and it starts flashing.
I dont know how to flash using TWRP mode or from cell phone..
Your feedback is very valuable for me.
Thanks
The method Nabeel speaks of is for flashing custom roms - If you want to flash stock roms then use the process you mentioned using Flashtool
