my Xperia Z1 has not screenshot option

When I pushed the power button there is no screenshot option. And the other choice is not utilize (power button + volume down). I don't know why? Is that a fault of Sony fabric (produce)?

Honestly,for me,the option to take a screenshot using the two buttons is faster.
