half of speaker not working on Z1

half of speaker does not work. screen up, right half of it works good, but the other barely plays anything.

i got a new one under accidental damage clause, even this one is plagued with the same prolem.

if anyone else is facing the same problem, do tell.

The Z1 only has a single speaker at the bottom of the phone.

along the strip of speaker grill, only half side plays th sound, and the other half sounds blunt. is it normal?

Look up a video on YouTube. When they dissemble the phone, you can see half of the speaker grill is responsible for sound recording which is on the left side with the screen facing us while the other half of it is the loudspeaker.

i checked a video by Wit Rigs, it did show that the other half wasnt speaker, but when i compared my Z1's speaker quality againsht my cousin's Z1, there was some difference in volume. we had the same software settings.
