Calendar Settings reset after reboot

Hi Support Forum!

I have a strange problem that I have been unable to find any other information about, so I'll turn to the deep knowledge I hope exists in this Forum.

I have a Xperia Z1, with latest stock ROM, but with Apex Launcher and the Google Calendar app instead of the standard Sony calendar app.

The problem I have is that each time I reboot the phone (doesn't happen all that often, but still), the settings I have changed in the calendar apps (both of them!) are reset to the (I presume) default settings.

The changes I have made are:

In the Sony calendar app I have disabled all notifications.

In the Google calendar app I have enabled notifications and changed to display week number and that Monday is the first day of the week.

However, after a reboot of the phone, the notifications in the Sony calendar app are enabled again, and in the Google calendar app the notifications are disabed and the other settings are back to default values.

This is really annoying, and I hope someone can help me here.

Hi and welcome to the community! Since you're new please be sure that you have checked out our Discussion guidelines.

That sounds quite strange. Try to disable the stock calendar under settings > apps > all > calendar > disable. Restart the phone and check if it works.
