Problem with Xperia Z , free hand and Android service

Hello, to all, first of all sorry for my english

I have a problem with my xperia Z, and i reset to factory today but the problem persist

When someone call me,(only this, the problem not happen when i make a call) the handsfree puts on automatically and when i deactivate it, and finish the call, i get a message that the service android has stopped

Any solution or i must use the warranty?

Settings-apps-all-chrome,uninstall updates for chrome.It should fix the loudspeaker issue.
