Dear Sony,
I have recently brought a Sony Xperia ZL,upon using about 2 weeks,i found out that the battery drain of my phone usually 3 to 8% have increase to about 30% all of the sudden and the battery drain fast even i turn stamina mode on and all those GPRS,data networking and screen off,what is happening?kindly answer me please,thank you!

See if this works, press and hold both power button and volume up button together till it vibrates and boots up.
If not successful, leave phone to charge for some time. If still to no avail, send phone to your local Service Centre to have the phone checked.

Hi, suggest performing software repair with PC Companion or Update Service.

Be aware that this process will erase phone data completely, backup if necessary.

Thanks for the advice,but now my phone just couldn't charge even if i plugged it in to the wall charger,what is the problem?

i tried even using power bank and same thing happen,my phone has shutted down and i cannot do anything from here now,help is appreciated,thanks...

I tried that,no vibration or anything instead i got 3 red blinking LED light then nothing happen....
Battery must be flat, leave phone to charge for some time. As mentioned earlier, your last option is to send phone to your local Service Centre to have it checked.
