AR effect Problem

Hi,

I have problem with my AR effect. Sometimes all the effects are appearing upside down (180 degree).

For instance, Dinosaur appears and walks upside down in the photo!

Is this a problem with the software or any settings change..?

Thanks in Advance, Kamaraj

On experimentation I have found I can replicate this however only in an instance where I can get the camera to register the ceiling as a ground surface, this would be as designed. If I have both the ground and ceiling in view this does not happen, it only occurs if the ceiling is the only "ground: surface in view.

How are you holding the phone?

Hi,

Thanks for your response. The problem occurs when I inclined camera towards up. i.e. for instance, when I recline in the chair and look for the AR effect above my eye level (or focus on the ceiling)

Thanks, Kamaraj

Hi, thanks for your reply.

Pls suggest

- Is there any way to register this bug with Sony mobile ?

- When there is any software update for this problem, how can I know or how to check?

Many Thanks!

What firmware version are you on as I'm on the latest and tried what you said like pointing it at the ceiling and could not in any way recreate this
