Answered call goes straight to loudspeaker

Hi. Please help.

I got my z1 compact 2 days ago having upgraded from a samsung s3.

The problem is that intermittently my z1 will answer the phone in loud speaker, I am running everything in stock with no launchers or 3rd party phone apps.

Please help, this is really annoying

Try settings-apps-all-phone,force stop and clear data.Restart.

Will try it now.... Might have to wait till tomorrow to let you know if it works as it's quite intermittent

I've had this too. I think it might be that when you swipe to answer the call, the next screen that comes up (the call screen) has the speaker phone button right where the end of the swipe area is for answering the call. I guess if you don't let go of the screen quickly enough after swiping to answer, the touch on the speakerphone button is registered.

Yet another bug Sony probably won't fix, oh goody!

Had the same problem. Disabled the speaker voice enhancement in call settings and it solved it.

Tried it already didnt work. Seems that only the first call that comes through in a given day is the one that does to speaker phone. Have also disabled Smart connect events and Stamina mode

I'm also having the exact same problem, started occuring about a 2 weeks after I got the phone. I've tried restarting it, clearing the data from the phone app but neither have had any effect.

I'm having this issue also, which is ridiculous. Nearly (not all) phone calls that I answer start on speaker phone which isn't ideal.
