Have you made sure that the Samsung TV has Miracast functions? If you are unsure it is best to contact Samsung directly to find out.
Can you advise what happens when you go through the process are you getting some form of error message?
Which TV model is it that you have?
Have you checked if your TV is updated to the latest available software? If it isn't I suggest that you update it and then test this again.
