Strava is Strava Inc. product. I'm totally sure that Sony didn't created this app. So all representations must be for this company. One of reason can be incompatibility with your model, operating system and ect. If this app worked in Sony Xperia Z model, it can not work with you model which you have now. Even then these models is different with theirs specs, operating systems and ect. All information for you, i think, must give app's creator , help too
