When I try to take pictures with my camera, and my location to save pictures is on SD card it throws me an error " Could not save photos. There may be a problem with data storage. If data storage is set to SD card. check your SD Card".

When I change the setting to Internal Storage, it will save the photos I have clicked.

Please help me in solving this issue.

Hi @AlladiUma, I am sorry to hear that.

As the error message implies, this could be related to the SD card. Have you previously been able to store data on it successfully through the Camera app? In addition, do you have any media stored on the SD card and if so, is it visible in the Album app for example?

My recommendation is that you try formatting your SD card, or try inserting a different one and then try storing images on to it from the Camera to see if that helps. In order to format your SD card, first back up the contents on to a computer or other medium, and then go to Settings > Storage & Memory > Menu > Advanced settings > Storage > SD Card > Menu > Settings > Format > Erase & Format.
