I am sorry to hear about the Signal strength with your device
Have you tried using an alternative SIM card to see if the issue continues and do you only get bad signal when at home or does this happen everywhere you go?
Let me know and I will try help as much as possible.
have you tried to set your preffered network type? make sure are on 4g or 3g signal. settings>more>mobile network>network type
or try to access service menu by dialing *#*#service#*#* on the dialer and select 4g only
