WIRELESS CONNECTION PROBLEMS

2 WEEK OLD VGN-NR21Z VAIO CANNOT WIRELESSLY FIND ANY NETWORKS. CHECKED THE FRONT SWITCH, CHECKED THE NETWORK ADAPTER ENABLED. RESET THE NETWORK ADAPTER. THATS WHERE THE IDEAS RAN OUT. ANY ONE OUT THERE WITH ADDITIONAL EXPERTISE?

"right click" on "My network places", choose "Properties", right click on "Wireless Connection", choose "Properties", choose Tab "Wireless Networks", make sure that checkbox "Use Windows to configure my wireless network settings". If checked - try to unmark it to let the driver configure network setting. Reboot and try to search for the wireless networks. Then, if failed, ty to download the latest driver for your WiFi adapter from Intel website and reinstall it.

p.s. also make sure WiFi adapter is enabled in "Wireless Switch Utility" located in the lower-right corner of the screen in the TaskBar panel.
