VGN FZ21M - GPU and CPU overheating?

Hey guys, can anybody help me, please?
I have FZ 21M notebook with GeForce 8400M GT and I'm thinking that is overheating. The temperature of GPU is in Vista Aero environment fluctating over 79 Celsius degrees. During 3D applications is rising over 100 degrees. Ventilator is very noisy and the body of Vaio is very hot. It's almost impossible to put it on my laps.
So, are these temperatures normal or I should put my notebook into a service?
