HI All

My hard disk died on me yesterday and I did not have a restore disk. I have installed xp and most of teh drivery needed.

One problem i'm having is that I cannot scroll with the trackpad - any ideas?

Also I have lost the memory stick icon mrom my stick port, again any ideas?

You can if you wish purchase a set of recovery disc's from Sony Vaio support, you can do this either by phone or via e-Support, use the following link to find the contact details: Sony Vaio Support

However as you have installed XP, did you download and install the original pre-installed Drivers and Utilties from Vaio-Link.?

If not use the following link to download the: FS315 Preinstalled Drivers and Utilities

For the Memory stick Icon download Msicon.zip (attached below), once downloaded extract the files place the snymsico.dll file into C:\Windows.

Finally double click on the both of the two .reg files.

This should install the MS icon
