Upgrade RAM??

Dear VAIO mates,

I have a Vaio VGN-FE41Z with 2GB of RAM DDR2 667MHz (CPU Core2 Duo T7200 ~ 2GHz, chipset Intel 945PM). I have a question whether my Vaio can be upgraded to 4GB of RAM DDR2 800Mhz?. I have seen on Vaio support website that max. Upgrade is only 2GB. But someone said that it would work.

Due to the architecture of your motherboard the maximum amount of memory it will support is 2MB (1MB per slot).

I suggest that you don’t waste your money on trying anything more.
