SZ4 fan noise

I have noticed an increase in fan noise. the fan used to be almost unnoticeable but it sounds like a small engine now. I vacuumed a littel around and the noise reduced for a while but it quickly came back.

Is there anything I can do before sending it to the repair center? ( Sending my computer to the repair center is like being operated on. U only do it if u really have to ) Thank u !

what is the normal running temperature of your Vaio..?

If your vaio is getting hot you may need to first try clearing the cooling vents of dust with compressed air (you should be able to get this from your local PC shop), holding the can upright give the vents a short blast from a distance of approx. 10cm, if you hold the can to close you could damage the fan (check the instructions on the can as products do vary)..
