Help Please....

Hi,

I bought a sony vaio 5 weeks ago and it is gving me problems.
I have hardly used it since I bought it.
When I turn the laptop on, Vista fails to install, so I have to keep rebooting it until it does load.
The laptop also wont restore or shut down, I have to turn it off manually.

I am really disapointed that after such a short time it is not going well.

Can anyone offer any tips please otherwise I will have to ring Sony tomorrow.

welcome to Club VAIO..

As you've hardly used your Vaio I would be tempted to use the Vaio recovery Center and Restore your Vaio back to the default settings..

If you decide to do this make sure you back up all your important data first, as the procedure will erase all of your data during the recovery process..
