I have a VGN-NR11S/S...couple of days ago I installed some older uptdates from last year like
VAIO Content Metadata XML Interface
VAIO Content Metadata Intelligent Analyzing Manager (22.09 MB)
VAIO Movie Story (91.5 MB)
VAIO Entertainment Platform (16.56 MB)
Suddenly, my DVD drive could not read one normal CD, but can still read other CDs.....the CD does still work on another computer....
Since then InvervideoDVD also had some problems....when watching movies, they suddenly stop for some seconds or less....after rewinding it does not stop there anymore.....this does only occur irrgegularly, but never happened before.....
Is my DVD-ROM broken? Did the updates install anything new concerning the DVD performance?
