I need to get a replacement keyboard for my VGN-FZ21M, I've seen one on Ebay from Hong Kong for £15, how can I make sure it will definitely be compatible? Any advice appreciated.
I suppose the easiest way is get the link to your model and send it to the guys in HK asking them. Use the ask seller a question link on E-bay so it's tied into that keyboard/product. They'll investigate and if it was sent to you and it didn't work you have the extra comfort in knowing they told you it would, which pretty much compels them to refund you.
