I have just installed Dragon Voice Assistant, I wanted to place the icon on the lockscreen, rather than using their "always listeneing" option, considering battery drain. However unlike other apps I have installed, Dragon was not added to the list of apps I can add to the lockscreen. Other phones I have had, allowed you to search through the entire app drawer, and if for some reason an app couldn't be added, it would be greyed out. Please don't misunderstand, I don't mind if Sony only gives us a small list, but I want to add this to the screen. Is there a way to for me to add this? Is this even a question for Sony, or is it an Android, or Dragon question?
I don't really know who I would contact about this, but surely in this age of technology there is a way to get this added, even if it's in a future update.
Solved! Go to Solution.
You could use a different lockscreen app, and this is a question to Google.
You can also contact the app developer but the best solution will be a third party lock screen app.

Thanks for the information, I didn't know if it was Google that limited the number of app options on this phone or if it was Sony, since my last LG I could use any app I had installed. Now I know, and I know what to do. Thanks again.
