xperia m2 dual micro sim struck in SIM 1 compartment

Hi, 

Recently purchased xperia m2 dual , when I tried to take out  the micro sim (simple pushing ), it is not coming out , is there any solution , 

please help me.

Are you using a factory made Micro SIM or have you cut down a larger one? If you're using a cut down SIM it's extremely important to get the exact same size else it can get stuck. If the SIM is stuck you can try getting it out using a pair of tweezers. If you can't get it out you should send it to a service center that can help you out.
