problem record to USB stick on New Bravia 43 KDX85J tv

tv registers The USB stick and sets the recording but then says USB almost full when it is empty and errors to say no registered device.

Try to reboot Android TV, press and hold the Power/OFF button on the Remote or try a Factory Reset.

Also, try the below:

-Format your HDD to one of these: FAT16/FAT32/exFAT/NTFS

-Make sure that you're using an HDD, not a USB as it will not work, check what are the compatible HDDs here: https://www.sony.co.uk/electronics/support/televisions-projectors-lcd-tvs-android-/kd-55xf7596/artic...
