Can’t login

Hi,

everytime I login on both mobile and computer and click my orders it automatically logs me back out (doesn’t do this if I click any other option) and I don’t know what’s wrong or how to fix it?

Hey there, 

To be honest I think it's something related to the website itself, since it also happens to me, and sometimes the page won't even load. And some complained about this online. 

I found the best way to tracking so far is by the link that's sent to you on the email, and if you don't have it contact Sony store and they can track it for you. 

Hopefully the website gets sorted soon.
