Two things:
I am trying to get support from Sony, which is cr@p and I do not want the user name in this forum.
I had to sign up to post a message concerning my flash issue, but was never asked to enter a name of choice and do not want the one allocated. there appears to be no way of contacting the forum administrators either (nice one Sony...AGAIN!!!!). so is there a Sony halfwit out there who can address my issues??????
