Can anyone point me in the direction of useful support?
NOT the usual number to be kept on hold waiting for an agent who will never come. Nor the totally pointless e-mail form that seems never to bring a worthwhile answer.
When I have a problem with a flash, I don't expect to have to reset a camera!!!!!!!!!
