I have a 2nd hand PRS600 that says it is authorized to another user.
How do I get it registered to me?
I have registered it with Sony and tried restoring factory settings but not sure what to try next!
Any help gratefully received!

Hi geko,
welcome to Questions & Answers..:smileyhappy:
If the previous owner has not de-authorised the reader, I'm not 100% sure, but a hard reset may be able to solve the problem..
Alternatively I think you may have to ask for the sellers account details..
Then connect your reader to your PC and login with the sellers details and de-authorise your reader..
Warning this will delete all content on your Reader and restore it back to factory settings..
Turn off the Reader.
Reset the Reader by pressing the Reset hole with a small pin or clip.
After 5 seconds, slide the Power switch to restart the Reader.
When the screen displays Opening book
Press and hold both the back key and & Volume + key simultaneously until the Reset all screen appears.
Once the Reset All screen appears press the Yes to continue.
