my prs350 wont connect to my pc????

Hi i have a prs 350,ive had it for about 3 months now. i am having trouble connecting it to my pc. when i plug it in via the usb the charging symbol appears but the reader dosent seem to connect to my pc or appear in the reader libary. ive tried other devices ie digital camera & that works perfectly. it has connected a couple of times in the past but never first time & now it wont connect al all. im running windows vista.

Any help will be much appreciated.

Hello  kayleigh!

You can try connecting the Reader to the back of the computer, those usb ports are directly attached to the motherboard (if you are using a desktop of course :smileysilly:)

If that does not help, try disconnecting the Reader > Turn it Off > Hit the reset at the bottom for 3 seconds > Turn back On > Allow the Reader to load your books > Connect it back
