Help! ZV1 Won't Connect to Mac

Hi there,

ZV1 arrived today. Won't connect to Mac. Screen of camera has little orange "-PC-" indicator. When I open the Remote app on the Mac the "Camera is not connected" dialogue box pops up. Have followed all instructions. When I refresh the list the camera appears. As soon as I double click on it the "Camera is not connected" dialogue box pops again. Appreciate some help. Thanks!

My Sony ZV1 still hasn't connected to my IMAC. The imaging edge APP, remote, viewer, and edit. It all doesn't do anything

Does this happen on the latest software version for you? @penpen123

Hello @penpen123,

with the current firmware you can use it as a normal webcam right away, without any software in between.

What is the version of your MAC OS? Are you able to test a different PC just in case?
