I have paired my Jambox. I have it set for both phone and media audio.
I am trying to watch youtube using the youtube app on the phone.
The Z1 tries to 'Throw' to the jambox (which is just a speaker).
The result is the youtube video is added to the TV Queue, the display dims and the logo appears in the middle of the video to indicate the video is being shared with a display.
If I reboot the phone and the jambox, the first video will play normally; display on the phone and audio through the jambox. After one or two videos, throw takes over and wrecks the experience again. Rebooting the devices will allow me to play a video or two before it get ruined again.
I have turned off the 'Auto-select wireless option' in throw settings. I have tried using the Throw toggle in the qick settings.
I am an electronics hardware technician/engineer. I'm not unfamiliar with setting electronic systems up. This is my 5th android device, and the 3rd I have used with the jambox in this way.
What am I missing? Or is YouTube with a bluetooth audio device broken on the Z1?

Just found this thread... seems it's not all about throw after all.
And it seems THIS means it's the latest version of the YouTube app causing the problem. Just happened to coincide with me buying a new phone.
Oh well. At least this might help others.
