xperia ZL suddenly shutdown

Please help, my xperia zl (white) suddenly shutdown after i'm playing online games, not happen if i played offline game, browsing or opening facebook or chatting apps nothing happen. But when i'm starting playing online games it suddenly shutdown and need ar least 5 minutes to on it again. Anybody knows what is wrong with my xperia? Please help.

Turn it on normally after.Do you have task killers or a lot of apps in the background?

I try that force restart but the problem still coming, i dont install any task killer and also everytime i finish using any app never let them run in the background

Download sony update service and repair your software.Backup your important data because it will erase phone memory.

I already repair it using sony update service but Suddenly shutdown still happened. now even worse browsing or chatting via bbm app or line it suddenly shutdown with no reason and to turn it on again took longer time about 30 mins if I try to on it just only far to showing experia text then shutdown it self again.
Any suggestions?
