Xperia z1 is stuck on safe mode please help, I have done over 10 normal restarts and still stuck

I already seen that article, I dont Get the "reboot to safemode' option when I tap and hold power button the second time

Anyway, you are no longer on safe mode, so your problem its solved, as for the icons on your homescreen perhaps you have reset the phone

Yes this was the closest thing to a resolution . My phone was out of Safe Mode,however no longer had most of the configuration I had already done such as , apps in folders on the home screen. So i had to configure it from scratch

Hi, I've got the same problem. Already did the power and volume up, did an complete reset of the phone, even used the red button next to the simcard. Nothing is working, I work in a phone store and non of my colleges had success either

i got the same problem with a safe mode, but can i fix it by my self if bottom  (volume down ) doesnt work ?pleas help.
