Today i noticed on the screen of my mobile after i cleaned several aligned dots when the screen is off.
I don`t know if this situation is normal on the screen, i only can seen this dots very close to a strong light.

With the information supplied, I can advise that these are the touch sensors on the screen, they can be hard to spot however they can be seen easier when in the sunlight.

I share by the app drive, for you to see the foto of the product and below i`ll post the original website with the product i bought.
As long as it's non corrosive then yes - However based on your images I would never directly spray any screen - I would spray a small amount on to a soft cloth and gently rub then dry it off with the dry part of the cloth

In regards to the screen, I agree with Thommos on this, never spray directly on the screen and use a lint free cloth.
