Even if your bootloader is unlocked you can still use Flashtools in Flashmode to flash your phone

To fully switch off your phone hold volume up and power untill you feel 3 quick vibrations

Then run Flashtools add the .ftf firmware file after selecting Flashmode via the lightning bolt then when prompted hold volume down and connect your usb cable

I do not think you will be able to update anything. You need to relock bootloader, but I am not informed in that kind of processes.

I think you should visit a sony service, maybe your phone is bricked.

Have you tried to manually flash using Flashtools?

If you can get into Flashmode then it's not a hard brick just a soft meaning corrupted firmware probably due to a mismatch in kernals

Charge your phone for 1 hour and after that flash your phone with a ftf that you can find compatible.Look on XDA.
