xLoud - where is it?

Can some1 please tell me where is xLoud function that was previously in 4.2.2?
In spec I can see this function is still listed. 

Why Sony gave it away from us ???
Sony, give it back!

Great! I just do not understand why did they hide it so deep in the settings, before it was more exposed and easy to find
