Webpage bookmark to homescreen?

I have been trying to enable this without success.....basically is it possible to place an icon on homescreen that links to webpage?
Tried every which way to enable this but have now admitted defeat.
Is this.doable or not?

Press and hold Home Screen so you get options like < WIDGETS - APPS - WALLPAPER - THEMES >

Now Select APPS > Shortcut > Bookmark
