Texting problem

Since the last phone software update, I've been having problem with the predicted text.  Normally the first word come as English word, but now it comes as numbers first, which makes the texting takes extremelly long to do.  For example. the word "personally" is predicted as "7377662559" as first choice word rather than "personally".  Anyone know how to resolve this?

Try settings-apps-all-xperia keyboard,clear data and restart.

Try language and input-xperia keyboard-text input settings-word suggestions and select "I never want to have any words or letters replaced".
