Telephone stuck after official system update

Hello, an hour ago I received an official OTA update from Sony, downloaded it and installing it but, after the normal reboot, the phone got stuck on the screen

Updating Android
Starting applications

My phone never had any kind of non official dangerous applications (never flashed anything, no root access, noting).

The phone is an unlocked international Sony Xperia Z running latest official version.

Btw I can't even force a shutdown the device, pressing power fit several seconds does nothing the screen is always on

Got any ideas besides letting the battery drain to zero I can reboot?

Press and hold power & volume up for 5-10 seconds if that doesn't work then repair your phone with SUS or PCC
