speed dialing

Hi everyone, just got another new Xperia Z (C6603, firmware .....434), wonder if you guys can help me out with a couple minor things.

As mentioned: Speed dialing, tried to figure out..and of course a lots of googling.

I have already add some contacts as favorites, when i tried to call, for example button with number 2. Try to press 2" to call, number shows up, and then i have to press again the number to make a call.

I have also tried this function with Samsmung GS3, it works very well.

Any one got same problem? Please

I don't actually think this is a bug. The phone is designed this way. Apparently it's different from Samsung phones.

Hi, and thank you replying..any update to this function in the future?

I also have another question: I would like to see missed call (name, number) on lockscreen, what do i do to activate this function, right now i just see missed call symbol on the menu.

Don't have any information on future updates but I'll pass this forward internally as feedback.

To see who called you, you need to drag down the status bar and you will see number/contact (sorry about the background picture, it's my weird dog).

Hi Samuel, thank you for a fast answer again I know that option, that you can drag down and so on...but what i want is simlpe. On the lockscreen it should show name and/or phonenumber of the person...without unlock the screen? you just press power button and see. Hopefully you do understand what i mean.

Hi,

You can drag the status bar without unlocking the phone and the same can be seen. Hope this answers part of your question.. with the second part to see without the status bar, that's something which could be complicated..  i know and have seen this feature in Apple.. sony could answer this..

Hi,

just got a new phoen sony xperia c but cant figureout the speed dialing option on it

also any way to lock and protect important messages .......staring the mesage does not help in protecting them
